5- BAKING SODA

This is an old-fashioned method that was quite common 100 years ago. The taste may leave a little to be desired, but there is an alternative solution. Mix a cup of baking soda with a teaspoon of sea salt and about 10 drops of peppermint, mint or orange essential oil. Add enough filtered water to maintain the consistency of a paste. Now you have something that is not only very effective, but also tastes much better!
6. LIQUORICE ROOT

Like many other alternatives to toothpaste, licorice root can do many things, including removing plaque, preventing gingivitis, and killing bacteria.
7- SEA SALT

It’s quite simple, actually, half a teaspoon is all you need. Just mix with a little hot water to prepare a watery paste and you’re ready to start!
