The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 is an inexpensive smartphone, but it is not outdone at the component level to ensure honorable performance. Today, the 128 GB version goes from 249 euros to only 199 euros thanks to a cumulative reduction with an ODR.
If you’re somewhat familiar with Xiaomi’s line of smartphones, you’re probably familiar with the Redmi Notes. This series is known to offer the best value for money. Arrived recently, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 takes over from its predecessors with still a muscular technical sheet at a contained price. Already affordable, the 128 GB version loses 50 euros of its price during the French Days.
What does the Redmi Note 11 offer?
- A beautiful 90 Hz AMOLED display
- An efficient entry-level SoC
- Comfortable autonomy coupled with fast charging
Launched at a price of 249.90 euros, the 4 + 128 GB version of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 drops to 199 euros on the Fnac site, thanks to an immediate discount of 20 euros combined with an ODR worth 30 euros — valid until 15 May 2022.

The entry-level flagship killer
Representing the manufacturer’s entry-level, the Redmi Note 11 is very balanced for its price. The smartphone certainly offers a very classic front face, but the finishes are neat and it exudes a certain elegance. If its 6.43-inch format may seem imposing, we greatly appreciate its AMOLED panel which displays a Full HD + definition for infinite contrast, but also excellent brightness. Added to that is a 90Hz refresh rate for smooth browsing and stereo speakers to enjoy better sound quality when watching video content.
On the photo side, the Note 11 consists of a 50-megapixel main sensor, with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle, a 2-megapixel macro and a 2-megapixel depth. Xiaomi’s smartphone therefore shows versatility, but is not a champion in the field of photography. The pictures remain correct, but without shining especially after dark.
Low price, but strong
To work efficiently, the Redmi Note 11 is powered by the Snapdragon 680 chip with 4GB of RAM on this model. This configuration will not be enough to run demanding 3D games, but it will be more than enough to run your applications or do multitasking without problems. On the software side, it is of course the latest version of the MIUI 13 home interface based on Android 11, enough to offer a pleasant and fluid experience.
Finally, the phone has a large 5000 mAh battery. The smartphone can thus be used for two days before requiring a full recharge. It is even compatible with fast charging up to 33 W in order to quickly recover percentages: 50% in 30 minutes. It’s still better than some high-end phones that are limited to 25 W, for example. A little extra, this smartphone has a jack port for those who haven’t gone wireless. We also note the presence of an NFC chip as well as an IP53 certification to resist a minimum of splashes and dust.
