The Disciplinary Committee met on Wednesday to decide on several cases and in particular that of Mohamed Haouas, expelled from the meeting between the LOU and the MHR last Saturday. Mr. Marco PINTO FERRER was found responsible for « Dangerous Gambling » and more particularly for « Any other act of dangerous gambling ». It is the lower degree of the scale of gravity which was retained, that is to say a suspension of two weeks. After taking into account the mitigating circumstances (admission of guilt, expression of remorse and conduct before the hearing), the sanction was reduced by one week. Consequently, Mr. Marco PINTO FERRER is suspended for one week. On May 4, 2022, and taking into account the calendar of AS Béziers Hérault meetings, Mr. Marco PINTO FERRER will be requalified on May 7, 2022.
