Tired of overcrowded destinations in the summer? Europe is full of nuggets less exposed to mass tourism. The 2022 ranking of « Europe’s Best Hidden Gems » by the European Best Destinations website is a good way to think outside the box. The proof by 12.

Summer is approaching and if it hasn’t already been done, the time has come to choose your vacation destination. With the health crisis behind us, Europe is once again within reach of all travellers. And the choice is vast. For lovers of less popular stays, off the beaten track, there are amazing sites that are as attractive as the flagship destinations. The travel website European Best Destinations, which has been ranking the best places in Europe to visit for thirteen years, has selected 12 in its new list of the most beautiful hidden gems in Europe. Here they are.
