Study confirms COVID vaccine causes severe autoimmune hepatitis

Study confirms COVID vaccine causes severe autoimmune hepatitis days after WHO issued ‘global alert’ about severe hepatitis in children. Of course, all this has nothing to do, you can rest easy…

This is only the beginning of a health disaster that has no equal in all of human history. Many serious chronic diseases will multiply over time as everyone will be able to see.

The findings come just days after the World Health Organization issued a ‘global alert’ for a new form of severe hepatitis affecting children; and after the UK government announced it was launching an urgent investigation after it detected higher than usual rates of liver inflammation (hepatitis) in children, after ruling out common viruses that cause the disease.

On April 15, 2022, the World Health Organization issued a global alert for a new form of severe acute hepatitis of unknown etiology (cause) affecting previously healthy children in the UK over the past month. Cases have also been reported in Spain and Ireland. The tests excluded all previously known hepatitis viruses.

The announcement came after the UK Health Safety Agency (UKHSA) recently detected higher than usual rates of liver inflammation (hepatitis) in children.

As of April 25, hepatitis infections have been confirmed to have affected children in twelve different countries, with the majority of these cases rising in the UK. At least 169 cases had been reported by that date and 17 children had required liver transplants. Unfortunately, as of April 25, 1 child had sadly lost his life.

Hepatitis is a condition that affects the liver and can occur for a number of reasons, including several common viral infections in children. However, in the cases under investigation, the common viruses that cause hepatitis were not detected.

Symptoms of hepatitis include:

  • dark urine
  • pale gray poo
  • itchy skin
  • yellowing of the eyes and skin (jaundice)
  • muscle and joint pain
  • a high temperature
  • to feel and be sick
  • feeling unusually tired all the time
  • loss of appetite
  • stomach pain

A previous study conducted on behalf of Pfizer in the second half of 2020 found that the contents of injections of Covid-19, and the spike protein they instruct a person’s cells to produce, do not stay at the site of injection. injection and instead circulate to all parts of the body for at least 48 hours. However, the time they circulate/accumulate could be much longer, but the scientists who conducted the study only took observations for 48 hours.

The greatest concentration of Pfizer Covid-19 Injection was seen in the liver, with 16% of the administered dose seen in the organ after 48 hours.

In animals injected with BNT162b2, reversible hepatic effects were observed, including liver enlargement, vacuolation, increased levels of gamma-glutamyl transferase (γGT), and increased levels of aspartate transaminase ( AST) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) Réseau International. According to the researchers, transient hepatic effects induced by LNP delivery systems have been reported previously [sources 1, 2, 3, 4]

Now, a new study, published April 21, 2022, has concluded that vaccination against Covid-19 can cause CD8 T-cell dominant hepatitis.

The abstract of the new study reads as follows –

“Episodes of autoimmune hepatitis have been described following SARS-CoV-2 infection and vaccination, but their pathophysiology remains unclear. Here, we report the case of a 52-year-old man, presenting with bimodal episodes of acute hepatitis, each occurring 2–3 weeks after BNT162b2 mRNA vaccination and sought to identify underlying immune correlates.

The scientists conducted the study via the following method –

“Imaging mass cytometry for spatial immune profiling was performed on liver biopsy tissue. Flow cytometry was performed to dissect CD8 T cell phenotypes and longitudinally identify SARS-CoV-2 and EBV-specific T cells. Vaccine-induced antibodies were determined by ELISA. The data was correlated with clinical laboratories.

The results were as follows –

“Analysis of liver tissue revealed an immune infiltrate quantitatively dominated by activated cytotoxic CD8 T lymphocytes with a panlobular distribution. Enrichment in CD4 T cells, B cells, plasma cells and myeloid cells was also observed compared to controls. Intrahepatic infiltrate showed enrichment in CD8 T cells with SARS-CoV-2 specificity compared to peripheral blood.

Notably, hepatitis severity correlated longitudinally with an activated cytotoxic phenotype of peripheral SARS-CoV-2-specific, but not EBV-specific, CD8+ T cells or vaccine-induced immunoglobulins.

Leading scientists to conclude –

“COVID19 vaccination can cause a distinct T cell-dominant immune-mediated hepatitis with a unique disease mechanism associated with vaccination-induced antigen-specific tissue immunity requiring systemic immunosuppression. »

Simply put, what scientists have discovered is that inflammation of the liver (hepatitis) can occur in some individuals after vaccination and shares some typical characteristics with autoimmune liver disease.

This is caused by highly activated T cells (also called T cellsa type of leukocyte [globule blanc] which is an essential part of the immune system) that accumulate in different areas of the liver.

Within these liver-infiltrating T cells is an enrichment in SARS-CoV-2 reactive T cells, suggesting that the cells induced by the Covid-19 vaccine contribute to liver inflammation.

The NHS began rolling out the Pfizer Covid-19 injection to five million children aged 5 to 11 in the UK in early April 2022. It had previously been giving it to young children deemed vulnerable since late 2021.

Is it just a coincidence that a few weeks later an extremely disturbing number of children are suffering from hepatitis of unknown cause? A form of hepatitis so severe that children need liver transplants and lose their lives.

Too much time and money has been spent insisting that Covid-19 injections are extremely safe and effective for authorities to now admit they were wrong. And they also have far too much money tied up in Big Pharma to risk losing it all doing so.

But with studies concluding that Pfizer Covid-19 injections can cause severe hepatitis, this is surely one of the first places the World Health Organization and UKHSA should look in order to prevent other children unfortunately lose their lives.
