Un Si Grand Soleil in advance: summary of the episode of Monday, May 9, 2022 [SPOILERS] – News Series on TV

Monday, May 9 in Such a big sun…

HELEN IS ARRESTED

Hélène is expecting Claire for dinner when she receives a visit from Lieutenant Cross. Panicked, she immediately thinks something has happened to Claire. If the policeman assures her that it is not the step, he however asks her to follow her to the police station.

On the spot, Élise informs him that Claire formally accuses him of having drugged and kidnapped her. If she thinks it’s a joke, Hélène quickly understands that these accusations are serious when the policewoman specifies that they will have to carry out searches at her home and at her place of work. She therefore advises him to take a lawyer but Hélène considers that she does not need one.

Later, Yann and Élise arrive at the hospital and search Hélène’s locker where they discover a bottle of GHB. Janet, who is present, explains however that this substance can sometimes be administered to certain patients to treat sleep disorders. On the other hand, Janet was unaware that her colleague kept some in her locker when it is strictly forbidden. Doctor Lewis then indicates that the vial does not come from the hospital’s stocks.

Shortly after, the police organize a confrontation between Claire and Hélène who admits having administered GHB to her friend. When she tells that she did this because Claire had been sleeping badly since her breakup with Florent, Claire retorts that this was not the case at all. She also points out that she had just made up with Florent and was about to go home when she drugged her.

Despite everything, Hélène denies the facts and goes so far as to say that her colleague has been sending her signals for months. So it was obvious that Claire was in love with her. Also, when Claire agreed to come and sleep at her place, Hélène thought that she had finally understood that they were made to be together. While Claire is hallucinating, Élise points out to Hélène that you don’t drug someone without their knowledge, but she replies that she only did it to help her. Claire therefore reminds him that she almost got raped through her fault, but Hélène sees herself on the contrary as his saviour. Stunned, Claire loses her temper and calls her crazy. With tears in her eyes, Hélène repeats several times that it’s not nice to say that.

ALEX MAKES IT CLEAR WITH JULIE AND GAËLLE

Julie hasn’t been able to have fun with her friends because of the distance between her and Alex. After having presented his apologies to him, the policeman ends up revealing to him that he is working on an important infiltration mission with Gaëlle. Even if it is ancient history, he confides that it stirred him quite a bit and that it is difficult for him to know his ex-fiancée in danger. However, he assures that he no longer has feelings for her before declaring to Julie that she is the only woman he loves.

At the same time, Margot questions Johanna about her relationship with Christophe, who tells her that it was toxic and that it could have ended badly. Knowing that Cécile is Christophe’s new companion, Johanna reassures her, however, by saying that their relationship is very different. Margot then thanks her and then decides to shadow Christophe. This is how the young woman discovers that he spends his free time with Achille.

On the other hand, Gaëlle takes advantage of walking the dog to join Alex in his truck. She gives him a counterfeit note and informs him that the transaction will take place the next day. Almost in tears, Gaëlle confides that it is more and more difficult to deceive her because she is terrified. Indeed, she fears that Mathieu and JC will get rid of her once the delivery has been made. Faced with her distress, Alex tries to reassure her and asks her to trust him. And to clarify that he is there to protect her. When she tries to kiss him, Alex pushes her away and tells her that he is in love with someone else. According to him, the kiss the other day took place under pressure. Upset, Gaëlle returns to the warehouse.
